1.5 days of inspiration! Connect with businesses, diverse experts and mentors in an agile co-creation approach to generate relevant business solutions that build the “New Normal“ of inclusive diversity in the corporate world.
35 participants
Diversity at its best: the participants are women & men and they belong to different cultures and ages and have diverse professional backgrounds.
6 teams
The participants work in small groups of 5 to 6 people with different skills. Each team consists of industry experts and -creative minds, -as well as internal team members of the main corporate partners. Together, you build a company ecosystem.
3 challenges
Two teams work on one challenge each. The challenges are related to the main topic of the Business Creathon, pre-defined together with the main Business Partners.
1.5 Days
The Business Creathon lasts 1.5 days in a unique environment that encourages creative thinking and agile collaboration
6 mentors
During the Business Creathon, the participating teams receive the support from 6 experts who act as mentors. Your mentors give feedback and help you to bring your ideas and prototypes to perfection.
6 solutions
The teams generate six innovative, pragmatic and surprisingly new concepts, ideas and prototypes on how to drive inclusive diversity in business in a sustainable and profitable way
